A large logistics complex has been launched in Rivne, which will help relocated businesses.

This is the first B+ class logistics complex in the region, which began to be built in July last year. The total warehouse area is more than 2,500 square meters, and there are 500 square meters of office space. The complex’s investor is local businessman Oleksandr Overchuk, who also invested in the Zlata Plaza shopping center in Rivne. “The Fort Logistics complex is about internal investments during the war. Not only local businesses will come here, but also international companies and enterprises that have lost their warehouses on the frontline territories. Moreover, the new project will create jobs and additional taxes for the local budget,” noted the head of the Rivne regional government. According to Overchuk, additional warehouse space will help companies that need to relocate because B+ warehouses in Rivne are much cheaper to rent than in Kyiv or Lviv.
